Terracia Brown-Wilkinson’s devotion to the metro Atlanta community spans over two decades. Her focus on exceptional service and professionalism has earned her not only loyal clients, but a strong network of partners in residential and commercial real estate. Terracia began her career as a representative of her grandfather’s real estate brokerage firm, and used her experience as his pupil to strengthen her career as an independent realtor. Today, she is proud to continue improving her community and expanding her business.

Terracia is also an active mogul, well known in the city of Atlanta. In addition to Bailea Ave Real Estate, she is the owner of several event spaces and other brands that include photography, political consulting, career coaching, catering, event management, public relations and fashion. She also serves as the Chief of Staff to Georgia State Representative, Erica Thomas- District 39, a position she has proudly held for the past two years. However, her extensive history of entrepreneurship is and has always been based on a single mission – to fill the needs of those in her community, and make the world a better place.

Terracia resides with her family in Atlanta. She currently serves as the Financial Secretary for the National Coalition of 100 Black Women Mecca Chapter, an organization from which she received the President’s Award in 2021. She is also a certified Life Coach.
